On the bottom of the receiver is stamped: (03698RT211). On the left side of the barrel is stamped: (BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q.). On left side of the receiver is stamped: (LIGHT TWELVE). Under that is stamped: (R in a circle and under that is stamped BROWNING). Both sides and tops of the receiver have scrolling. Condition/Description:
This Browning A5 "Light Twelve" was made in 1976 and features a checkered walnut stock with fluted comb, scroll engraved receiver, gold trigger, brown rubber recoil pad with black spacer, 28" FULL barrel, serrated vent-rib with silver bead front sight, 2 3/4" chamber and 14.5" LOP. This gun will have a small crack on the right side of the forearm and some various wear but is in perfect working order. Also, a few scratches noted on the bottom of the stock.
Scuff mark noted on the bottom of the barrel but otherwise barrel finish is approximately 85% but with some freckling noted. Bluing loss is more predominate on the receiver with approximately 60% finish left. Mechanically, the firearm appears to perform flawlessly and should be slam ready. The bore is bright and shiny with very little pitting noted. As always, with used firearms, I recommend a certified professional inspect the firearm prior to use. Remember, safety first.

If buyer decides to return the firearm, buyer must contact me by phone within three days of picking up the firearm from the receiving FFL dealer.
