No serial number. Chambering is unmarked and unknown, but likely 8x60. Regardless, the worn bore of the original military barrel suggests a rebarreling is in order. It is probable this rifle originated from Hambrusch, as the engraving and features are nearly identical to a "marked" rifle from the same estate. Wonderfully engraved the floorplate is a roaring red stag surrounded by foliage and scroll, the previous owner's initials are on the guard and a plate with a roebuck bust has been added to the pistol grip cap.
