MOD choke) and a 14 inch LOP. The finish on the receiver and barrel is 90++%, with a MINT shiny bore. The only thing keeping it from being 95++% is a slight ‘stain’ in the bluing on the left side of the receiver; but it cannot be felt. The walnut is Excellent, with a few spots of very slight dulling in the ‘varnished’ finish on the butt stock. The ‘Hand’ checkering is Perfect, and NO Cracks anywhere. The serial number is 31030 which dates it to early 1955 (second year of production). For 61 years old; just an awesome example of the old iconic Model 50.
