Description: This listing is for the exact shotgun in the photos. C&R Licensees must wait until January of 2018 or after for shipment. From its tour of duty in the Land of Israel comes this very attractive Savage model 94 series F Shotgun chambered in 12 gauge, for 2 3/4 inch or 3 inch shells interchangeably. Manufacturer was Savage Arms of Westfield, Mass., so marked on the left side receiver. From its V date code, it was manufactured in 1968. The series ran from 1968 until 1984. This shotgun is import stamped underneath the barrel, forward of the forend. The Importer used an armorer's number, probably unique by now, as a serial number. Type is breech lever single shot shotgun. Construction is steel barrel, screws, internal parts, trigger, and hammer, all built into a steel receiver with an alloy trigger guard. Buttstock is factory American Hardwood and forend is older stock American Walnut. Barrel is 32 inch, with standard smooth bore and .685 Muzzle Full Choke. This shotgun is NOT designed for steel shot or rifled slugs. Steel shot will damage the barrel on the first shot, if anyone is stupid enough to try one. Sight is threaded alloy bead front, with fixed notch rear in the receiver. Chambering is 12 gauge, 2 3/4 inch and 3 inch shells interchangeably. Breech lever is behind the hammer, with extractor for sensible removal of spent hulls. Trigger is .275 smooth faced, with matching serrated spur hammer. Ignition is spring loaded floating firing pin, with a transfer bar internal safety device. Trigger pull is its original 5 1/4 pounds, with negligible felt creep and moderate overtravel. Buttstock length of pull is 14 1/8 inches, with standard 1 1/2 x 2 1/2 drop at the comb and heel. Buttstock has a full 1 inch right hand cast, so not friendly for southpaws. Overall length is 48 inches, with a weight of 6 pounds 1 ounces centered at the back of the forend. Finish is brushed surface blued, casehardened receiver, and oil finish walnut and hardwood. Surface detractions are moderate to extensive, principally buffed over pitted spots on top of the barrel, wear to the trigger guard and stock scouring. Note the two sling stud holes in the stock heel that have been filled. Butt plate is period correct but Kibbutznik manufactured aluminum alloy, with a fitting mar on the butt heel. We rate this shotgun as Good Condition, but photos ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. Bore and chamber show only two or three small pits, fully six inches back of the muzzle, that will not affect the pattern. We estimate this shotgun was fired fewer than 500 times by its Kibbutznik operators at winged and four legged raiders of row crops in Sharon or Jezreel. With H&R's recent demise, there are no US Made Single Shot Shotguns remaining in production. We're offering the 32 inch barreled 94F in the photos, however, for only $ 189.00. Any ammunition or personnel in photos are Not included.

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
