Manufacturer was Akkar Silah Sanayi Ltd. of Istanbul, Republic of Turkey. Importer was Samco of Miami, the Charles Daly importer from 2012 until 2015. From its 12 serial number prefix, it was manufactured in 2012. Action is Beretta AL type gas operated semi automatic shotgun. Construction is steel barrel, bolt, trigger, magazine assembly, levers, internal parts, and sling studs, built into a light weight alloy receiver with polymer trigger housing assembly. Stock and forend are Turkish walnut. Chambering is 28 gauge, and 2 3/4 inch shells is all there is. This shotgun will function with 7/8 ounce and with 1 ounce loads. Barrel is 29 7/8 inch, nominally 30 inch, with muzzle threaded for standard or extended Benelli Mobil Choke type tubes. Bore is standard diameter, non back bored, and chrome lined. Tube furnished is .5425 Improved Cylinder Extended, which brings the barrel length out to 30 5/8 inches. Sight system is .275 width serrated top, 9 post ventilated rib, that sits .21 inch above the barrel at the lug. Front sight is steel supported red fiber optic that mates with the brass mid bead, and with serrated receiver top for figure 8 sighting. Magazine tube is 14 inch open end with spring retainer, holds 5 rounds of 28 gauge shells, 5+1 fully loaded capacity without any magazine adapter. Operators of Italian shotguns and their clones often figure out how to rest a ghost round on the shell carrier. The .240 smooth faced trigger pulls single stage at 6 pounds vicinity with moderate felt creep but minimal overtravel. Safety is push button right handed shooter, gunsmith reversible, behind the trigger. Forend is semi beavertail fluted upper, with cut checkered lateral panel areas; and with matching field type buttstock that has cut checkering on its pistol grip or wrist. Length of pull is 14 3/8 inches from the trigger face to the end of the 1/2 inch recoil pad. Stock drop is 1 1/2 inch at comb and 2 3/8 inches at the heel with a 3/4 inch right hand cant. Weight empty is 6 pounds, 7 ounces, with center of gravity at the breech face. Overall length is 50 1/4 inches. Barrel finish is polished surface blue, with gloss black anodized receiver finish; and with chrome carrier, and bolt; and gold plated release button and trigger. Marking is electronically engraved on the barrel and white inlay inked on the receiver, with roll stamped serial number that usually affects the finish next to it. Stock and forend are plain satin oil finish. Note the fiddleback and sunburst figuring on the walnut. Surface detractions are minimal, only faint scouring on the left rear forend corner and left side stock butt near the recoil pad. We rate this 600 as Excellent Condition, 90 percent vicinity by our estimate, but photos ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. Bore, chamber, threads, and mechanism are all bright and clean. We do not believe this shotgun was ever loaded or fired. It comes in its original box with protective wrappers, two shot adapter, instruction manual, and a never executed factory registration card. This is a rare shotgun.
