Weighs a trim 6 5/8 Lbs. 44.25" overall length. Finely sculpted walnut stock, nicely checkered, with correct cheekpiece and pistol grip profiles. Ramp front sight base with fine cross-checking to break glare, topped with Nickel-Silver beaded blade. Rear sight has fixed primary notch and folding secondary leaf. Secondary not relieved / notched. Round bolt knob, as on originals. This one is lacking the stepped barrel profile of the original Mauser-made examples of this version. No visible maker stamp on receiver. Mechanically excellent.
