This fine Perazzi MX2000 Unsingle single barrel trap gun, serial number 125654 made in 2002, has been shot very little, still being tight as new with no play in the barrel joint and the lever fully right of center. The MX2000 has the removable trigger group and this one has the flat springs as shown in the photos. The 34” barrel has 4 screw-in chokes, perfect bore, ported barrel to reduce muzzle rise and recoil, and the adjustable impact high rib, with no wear or dings, 100% factory blue. The Larry Sheetz custom stock has highly figured European wood ($2500 extra value), utilizing the Perazzi adjustable comb, Perazzi recoil pad, with 14 ¼” LOP and a few tiny handling marks, no splits or cracks, perfect checkering. Weighing 9lbs. 3oz. and balanced 1/8” forward of the hinge point, the gun moves with smooth characteristics required to break 100’s of clays without a miss, and the weight aids recoil reduction. This will also improve your scores, as accumulated recoil can negatively affect your scores. The MX2000 Unsingle can be fitted with an O/U barrel quite easily, allowing you to utilize the same gun for Skeet, Sporting Clays, or Trap. The receiver is nicely engraved with Gold lettering and retains 99.5% blue. This gun comes with the factory case that will house the gun and an extra set of barrels should you choose to acquire a set for other games. All the paper work and accessories are in the case.
