Description: Up for sale is a vintage Smith Corona 1903-A3 Rifle (.30-06). This item has a 24” barrel with a bright & shiny bore and wood stocks. The finish shows some light wear and some light scratches but is mostly intact. The stocks show dings and scratches as would be expected from a surplus rifle. This particular rifle has a “SC” stamp on the barrel which indicates that the barrel was made for Smith Corona by Savage Arms and is a six groove bore. About 5000 of theses 03-A3’s were produced and have the six groove savage barrels installed. D.O.M. is 1943.
