Wood Excellent with a light coat of varnish. Has a 26” oct barrel with full mag. Markings Excellent and has original sights. The 45-70 cal marking is not quite excellent. The receiver has an excellent Model 1895 marking on the top tang and Marlin Safety on top of the receiver . The Serial# 135888 Antique . Metal overall has 100% Hot reblued finish. A very dark deep blue . A very professional refinish as the metal edges are sharp and the markings other than the caliber marking are sharp and excellent.
