Description:
This US Springfield rifle, one of the first standardiissued breech-loaded rifle that was adopted by the US Military. This rifle uses the trapdoor loading system, to load single shots of .45-70 gov't rounds. This rifle is made with wooden stocks, 32 5/8" steel barrel, and steel butt plate. This rifle is previously owned and has aged with time. The bore is still clean enough to fire effectively, there is also minor chipping on the stock. No boxes or papers.

If you purchase the optic and mounts from us we can mount and boresight it to your firearm FOR FREE and ship the firearm to you ready for final sight-in. Be aware that once an optic is mounted the firearm will generally no longer fit in the factory box. To protect the firearm during shipping the additional purchase of a hard case is recommended.

Warranty: All new items are warrantied by their manufacturer. All items have a 3 calendar day inspection period beginning on the day of delivery. Firearms and NFA items must be inspected at the dealer's location. If the firearm or NFA item is taken off the dealer's premises at any time, the inspection period ends. All items must remain unused during the inspection period.
Returns: In the event that an item cannot be delivered to the purchaser, there is a 25% restocking fee on all returned firearms and accessories. There is a 40% restocking fee on all returned NFA items. We reserve the right to correct Pricing, Typographical, Photographic and/or Descriptive errors.
