Description: This is a Semi-Auto Only Colt Reintroduction of the legendary Colt M-16 Rifle as used in the early days of the Vietnam War. The lower receiver is marked AR-15, not M-16, which was done after the weapon was finally adopted by the US Military. It comes with the early 3-prong flash hider and the later enclosed flash hider & (1) 20 Round magazine.

The classic M16A1 was the iconic rifle of the Vietnam War. It was issued to the vast majority of U.S. soldiers during the conflict, and its general success in combat led to its continued service in the U.S. armed forces in varied forms over the years. A virtual match to the classic design, featuring the same unique triangular handguard, 20-inch pencil-profile chrome-lined barrel with a 1:12-inch twist, and recognizable carrying handle.
