East German shelter half for add on pockets material lined with 500 denier camo green cordura to reinforce the main large pockets and the extra internal pockets. Any of the large pockets you see are 2 ply. 500 denier cordura inside and the EG rain pattern camo outside. Multiple Pockets on each vest. Good for knocking around in the woods with. Has a nice little holster built in for a pistol. I added the subdued US Flag to each vest. Some of the original pouches were left. Use them for light gear like extra para cord, fishing kit and what not. East German canteens attached with a simple spring clip on the vest and attached a small D ring on the canteen strap for easy on off. This is one of 2 vests I have available. Both vests identical with some variation on the pocket configurations.
