Very compact, 30" overall length and very thin profile. The scope is matt black but no maker name visible. It is a fixed power (appox. 6X) with a duplex crosshair and adjustable parallax, mounted to the Thompson Center barrel with a Weaver base and Weaver steel rings. The pistol grip shoulder stock is made by Choate and has a rubber recoil pad. The barrel appears to have a good bore and the barrel extension/muzzle-break has been permently welded to the barrel. The Contender action functions flawlessly and shows little wear (see photos) There is a ambidextrous hammer extension on the hammer (see photos). There are two, built in, sling mounts and one sling swivel stud at the muzzle. At the sale they said this rifle was made as a Hog gun and was used on a ranch (see photos). I have not cleaned this rifle or taken it apart (see photos) The stock is solid with no flex. I am far from an expert but, although this rifle has been used, everything looks correct to my untrained eye therefore, I am offering it with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if it does not live up to your expectations in any way return it for a full and speedy refund including your return shipping (see my feedback).
