This listing is a nice little revolver in need of some restoration. It is a Colt Police Positive revolver chambered in .38 S&W (NOT .38 Special). According to Colt this revolver was manufactured in 1916. The gun has about 40% of the bluing left, the lockwork is slightly out of time, the grips are original but chipped, and the ejector rod stud is missing. The barrel is 4" inches long and the bore has 90% shine with a couple spots of corrosion. This is a great gun for someone looking for a restoration project or someone who just wants a labor of love to fix a vintage Colt! 38 S&W ammunition is still available from time to time. No factory box or papers.

Warranty:
All new firearms, new NFA items, and new accessories are warrantied by their manufacturer. All items have a 3 calendar day inspection period beginning on the day of delivery. Firearms and NFA items must be inspected at the dealer's location. If the firearm or NFA item is taken off the dealer's premises at any time, the inspection period ends. All items must remain unused during the inspection period.
Returns:
In the event that an item cannot be delivered to the purchaser, there is a 25% restocking fee on all returned firearms and accessories. There is a 40% restocking fee on all returned NFA items.
