Description: Colt Match Target M4 (lower) w/Fulton Armory Phantom upper (223 Rem). Rifle has <1000 rounds fired and is 100% reliable. It shoots PMC ball 1.5MOA and Fed match 1MOA. Colt M4 lower has Magpul CTR stock (commercial tube diameter) & Tangodown Battle Grip. Upper was built complete by Fulton Armory (FA's "Phantom" model from several years back) & includes free float aluminum handguard (w/swivel stud), 16" HBAR match barrel (non chrome-lined) with 1/9 twist, quad-rail gas block w/QD sling swivel sockets and fold-down front sight. Package also includes ARMS Swan Sleeve Super EX (for stacking optics) w/fold-down rear sight and 2 new, sealed Stoner 30rnd mags.
