The slide and frame retain 99% black matte finish and only have some slight signs of disassembly and use. The slide flats also have 2 areas of highly polished steel and scalloped serrations for a sure grip while racking the slide. The checkered hardwood grips are excellent and show one tiny handling mark on the right panel. The front sight is a white dot blade and the rear is a Novak LoMount Carry. This single-action-only pistol is equipped with a beavertail grip safety, three hole match trigger with over travel adjustment, extended magazine release, thumb safety and very comfortable 20 LPI frontstrap and backstrap checkering. This firearm comes in a matching numbered factory box with a fired case, lock and manual. However the box ix the brown box S&W returns repaired firearms in.
