This beautiful Browning A-Bolt .22 was manufactured in the second year of production out of one of the briefest runs in modern Browning history, only from 1986 – 1996 discontinuance date. Detractions to its finish are minor, consisting of a series of light pecks at the bottom edge rear of the buttstock area with a few more lower left side of stock center, to the left of the trigger and magazine assembly. There is only negligible scuffing to the exposed bolt surface, so the rifle has been fired very little. Total detractions affect no more than 5 percent of this A Bolt .22’s surface area. Its bore and mechanism are Excellent. It comes with its original 5 round magazine. No comparable currently produced competitors match this rifle’s aesthetics. Note the rosewood forend tip and pistol grip area cap. Barrel length on these was standard 20 inches, like this one. We’re offering this fine representative of a discontinued, only sparsely produced rifle for only $ 439.95
