Ogram, the service manager for IBM at the Poughkeepsie, NY, plant #4. Serial number is 808020X, I don't know when it was made,my guess is between 1 as that is when that plant was producing the M1's. I don't have any other info on E.W. Ogram except that he was a Colonel in the armed forces, but don't know if he was a employee of IBM or a armed forces personal during that time. On the IBM web site it shows a company song dedicated to E.W. Ogram. I don't have the magazine with it, and it appears to be unfired? I have more pictures, just ask.
