This gun is in "as new" condition retaining 99% of its original high polished blue finish and high gloss laquer type stock finish. Bore, crown and bolt face show no signs of having been fired since leaving the factory. These were made by FN in Belgium for H&R back in the mid 60s through mid 70s and featured a long extractor commercial mauser action with rapid taper barrel, i.e., quality level comparable to the FN Browning Safari rifles.
