This work was done by Richard Clark of Ontario, CA, a long time builder of 38-55 rifles. 45-70 Buffalo Classic Barrel - 32", fitted to the receiver by H&R (who also cleaned up the trigger at my request). Both barrels have the target front sight with interchangeable inserts and aperture rear sight, and each barrel has a scope base which accepts Weaver style rings. A tang peep sight for use with either barrel (Taurus) has also been fitted to the rifle.
