Please note that these fit into the older model PM49 without any gunsmithing. That is right...they drop right in after you pull the old one out! I own and shoot a PM 49 but found that the factory style slide release level was very difficult to operate. I tried the newer P-210 style which protrudes out from the slide, is beveled and serrated making its actuation very easy. When I traveled to Europe last winter I researched via the net and found one dealer among hundreds that actually had three left. I bought them all. These parts are no longer available from Sig.
