Manufacturer was Akkar Silah Sanayi Ltd. of Istanbul, Republic of Turkey. Importer was Samco of Miami, also the Charles Daly importer from 2012 until 2015. From its 11 serial number prefix, this one was manufactured in 2011, a Pre-Daly. Action is Beretta AL type gas operated semi automatic shotgun. Construction is steel barrel, bolt, trigger, magazine assembly, levers, internal parts, and sling studs, built into a light weight alloy receiver with polymer trigger housing assembly. Chambering is is 20 gauge, 2 3/4 inch and 3 inch shells interchangeably. Barrel is 27 7/8 inch, nominally 28 inch, with muzzle threaded for standard Rem-choke tubes. Bore is standard diameter, non back bored, and chrome lined. Tube furnished is .6065 Modified with 3 slash marks. Sight system is .272 width serrated top, 8 post ventilated rib, that sits .21 inch above the barrel at the lug. Front sight is standard .1425 brass bead that mates with the serrated receiver top. Magazine tube is 14 inch open end with spring retainer, holds 5 rounds of 2 3/4 inch or 4 rounds of 3 inch 20 gauge shells interchangeably, 5 + 1 fully loaded capacity without any magazine adapter. Operators of Italian shotguns and their clones often figure out how to rest a ghost round on the shell carrier. The .240 smooth faced trigger pulls single stage at 7 pounds vicinity with moderate felt creep and overtravel. Safety is push button right handed shooter, gunsmith reversible, behind the trigger. Forend is semi beavertail fluted top with lateral ports and ridges, with field type buttstock with matching ridges on its pistol grip. Length of pull is 12 3/4 inches from the trigger face to the end of the 3/4 inch recoil pad. Stock drop is 1 3/8 inch at comb and 2 3/8 inches at the heel with a 1 inch right hand cant. Barrel finish is matte blue, with matte black anodized receiver finish, and with chrome plated release button, bolt, shell carrier, and trigger. Marking is electronically engraved on the barrel and inked on the receiver, with roll stamped serial number that usually affects the finish next to it. Surface detractions are minimal, principally superficial streaks on the receiver that are not conspicuous. We rate this Daly as Excellent Condition, perhaps Near Mint, 95 percent vicinity by our estimate, but photos ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. Bore, chamber, threads, and mechanism are all bright and clean. We do not believe this shotgun was ever fired. It comes in its original factory box with protective papers, NSSF safety flyers, instruction manual, barrel sticker, and with a never executed factory registration paper.
