This lot of ammunition has obviously been kept dry and well stored. It came to us from one of our Pennsylvania collector friends who liquidated his collection on account of bad health. This is over 75 rounds, almost two boxes, of Winchester Government Issue 110 grain Full Metal Case ammunition for the venerable .30 M-1 Carbine. All of it is headstamped 1945, authentic World War II. Included is an original New Haven Winchester box. Also included is a GI stripper clip, the device that the ammunition was passed out with in the field, then the soldier loaded the ammunition from the stripper clip into his magazine.
