The finish on the gun is mostly gone, only beautiful patina left. No rust. There are a few minor pits on the front end of barrel extension rails. All markings are intact and sharp. All matching numbers except the wood grip panels were period replacement numbered 968. Grip panels are worn, no chips nor cracks. Grip screw is numbered to the gun. Bore is fair. Coming with a wood shoulder stock which fits the gun very well. Mechanically excellent, I test fired it in range, it works perfectly. I am selling this as a collectible, you should have it inspected by a competent gunsmith before you shoot it. Made in 1897. Antique firearm.
