I purchased initially for 3 gun competition and for home defense and just decided I would rather have an 870 pump. This gun has had a JP Interprises easy load gate installed which I included a picture of. I have also installed true glow fiberoptic adjustable rifle sights on the gun for slug shooting. Gun comes with a screw in Remington Mod. choke tube and a Remington rifled choke tube for slug shooting. Magazine holds 8 rounds. Barrel is 22 inches. Gun comes with original owner's manual. Also included is a 7 round ammo holder on the left side of the receiver from 3gungear.com (made of heavy duty nylon combat webbing). Recoil is surprisingly mild even with slugs.
