It is unfired in the box. She has been in the safe for some time now, it has the old 24 inch Hart Barrel in stainless steel. The chamber on this rifle is such that you can get up on the lands and grooves with the bullet in the length of the magazine. The new rifles made today are not like this. Thus reloads can be made to shoot very well. Like I said it is new and unfired with Black stock and free floating forearm. It comes in the box with two twenty round mags, and one five round magazine. It is a flat top without a scope or iron sights. Not legal for California. Thanks for looking.
