Full and .040 Extra Full, 14 5/8" LOP over a leather pad, 1 5/8" DAC, 2 3/8" DAH, 3/16" cast off for RH shooter, 6 lbs. 13 oz., ejectors, vacant stock oval, double triggers, straight grip, splinter fore-end, drop points, game rib with "Stephen Grant & Sons, 67 St. James Street, London", auto safety, "Safe" in gold, disc set strikers, nitre blue triggers and pins, originally no. 2 of a pair, lovely best Grant scroll engraving, highly figured walnut, A&D push button fore-end. Excellent overall condition with wood, checkering, screws, and blue finishes over 95%, no case colors remaining, nice and tight with the top lever well to the right of center, one professionally repaired crack between trigger guard and the left side of action, a well maintained gun circa 1915. Cased in a newer Brady leather luggage case with a reproduction Grant case label, included are Atkin, Grant, and Lang snap caps and oil bottle.
