Payment:

Price is for cash/certified funds payment. • If paying with credit/debit card, 3% will be added to the total price including shipping. I do not make money on the 3% surcharge; it only offsets the fees charged to accept cards. • Item will ship insured and tracking info will be provided upon payment and receipt of receiving FFL's license if purchase is a firearm or payment if item is accessory or ammo. Texas buyers must pay sales tax on this item.
Shipping:
• If purchase is a firearm or receiver, item must ship to a FFL for transfer. It is the buyers responsibility to choose a FFL and have them fax or email me a copy of their license. • You can use any FFL, not just those listed with this website. If you are using live checkout and your FFL is not listed, leave the field blank and proceed with checkout. • Please have your FFL reference your name when sending so shipment is not delayed. The sooner I receive payment and copy of receiving FFL's license, the quicker I can get the firearm shipped. • Accessories and ammo ship directly to buyer. Signature may be required on orders depending on value and contents. AMMO MUST SHIP TO PHYSICAL ADDRESS. NO P.O. Box on Ammo! • I will combine items for shipping if possible. Trades, layaway, special orders, returns, item pictures:
• Only local trades may be considered. • If an effort to keep pricing down, the only layaway that is offered is 50% down with balance within 30 days. No additional fees are charged. Down payment is not refundable. Must call if you need to layaway for 30 days. • Items not in stock can usually be ordered in. Call for quote. 50% down is required for special order with balance before shipping. All firearms listed are new unless otherwise specified and are covered by manufacturer's warranty. Once a firearm has been transferred to customer, any issues must be directed to the manufacturer. TXSporting is not a warranty repair center.
If a firearm is returned by the transfer FFL due to NICs decline or customer refusing shipment, purchase will be refunded minus shipping both ways and a 20% restock fee. If item arrives at FFL damaged, buyer must contact TXSporting prior to completing transfer to arrange for return of item and refund. No refunds once a firearm transfer has been completed.
