Here is Glock's Sub-compact, the model 27 in .40 S&W, Current Glock Part # on the basic pistol is PI2550101. Factory Barrel length is down to 3.46 inches, about the same as the Detonics Combat Masters that spawned these subcompacts. Gross length of this pistol with the original barrel is 6 3/8 inches, and the height is only 4 inches. Width is 1.15 inches at the widest point of the frame, and weight empty is only 19.75 ounces. Capacity is 9+1 rounds of .40 S&W with the stock issue flat plate magazine
The 27, of course, is a striker fired double action only pistol with 5.5 pound standard trigger pull. Sights are conventional issue white dot stake-on front and fixed but drift adjustable white U outline rear. This Glock is excellent mechanically; bore, chamber, and mechanism are all bright, clean, and excellent; and from its condition and our knowledge of its exclusive owner, it has been fired fewer than 300 times. It has its original factory papers, cleaning kit, and magazine loading tool, as the photos show. Replacement price on this pistol in our area is $600 or more.
