It features a heavy 30" (1/2 octagon 1/2 round) Badger barrel, Browning rear soule sight and spirit level front sight with insert. The Badger barrel has 8-groove right hand twist rifling with a 1:16 twist rate. The rifle comes with the Browning vernier soule rear sight with three aperture eyecups, two 10-32 mounting screws & 8 interchangeable front sight inserts, all stored in a plastic sight box with the sight owner’s manual. Since the trigger spring has been replaced by the previous owner, reducing the trigger pull down to around 2 lb 6 oz, I included an original trigger spring, which is easy to replace to increase the trigger pull if desired. If you decide to purchase a Hadley-style or Lyman-style selectable aperture eyecup make sure the eyecup threads are 10-32. The rifle will be shipped with a copy of the owner’s manual. The rifle was completely disassembled, checked out and cleaned. It was not dirty & shows no signs of wear. I doubt it’s been fired more than a few times. The bore is perfect. There are no scratches or dings on the metal or wood that I can find. Miroku only manufactured the BPC rifles for Browning from 1996 thru 1998. This rifle was manufactured in 1997. It features the redesigned crown and extractor. On a very accurate postage scale, the rifle weighs 11 lbs 12.2 oz with the sights and the eyecup installed. For an additional $60, a Lee Shaver sear can be installed; reducing the trigger pull to a crisp 2 lbs or less. NOTE - I SELL TO CALIFORNIA BUYERS FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
