The revolver that these grips came with was manufactured in 1956, and we believe these are the original grips to that revolver. We sold the revolver, a pre-27 .357 Magnum, separately because it had been modified at the factory in the 1970s. These grips have not, however, been modified. Their only detractions are light occasional scuffing, principally at the butt area of the right panel. Two rows of the lowest checkering have experienced some pressure flattening, and the same situation holds on the butt edge ridge opposite them. Still, this original set of N0-Square Diamond Magnas are excellent, since 90 to 95 percent of their original finish is intact by our estimate. Serial number on the right panel's inside face is 259,000 range. Note the perfect condition of the logo plates. These are factory Walnut, made before the days of Goncalo retrieval from Brazil.
