This is a highly collectible PRE-64 in unbelievable conditions for 64 years old rifle - Pre-64 Winchester had the old Winchester craftsmanship and they are made of solid steel. Bluing is much richer and better that the ones they made after 1964. Conditions of this rifle is incredible, Rifling is perfect with not pitting in the barrel, Bluing is 99% with only rubs in the front band and tip of the barrel for been in the scabbard, Wood is very nice with only some minor handling marks. This 1949 Winchester 94 is NOT drilled for scope or slings ....This rifle is coming with an original scabbard from the era in almost new condition too and a hard rifle case for shipping.
