Small autos by their nature must have stiff recoil springs, and that makes the slide hard to operate in order for a person to chamber the first round or unload the pistol. For those with little strength in their grip, and who must have an auto, get a Beretta 21, 950, or .32 Tomcat where a person doesn't have to manually cycle the pistol's slide.
