Description: This is a limited production, Rare, Colt Super Match .38 MS pistol. This gun is one of only 754 pistols made in 1961 only. The serial # is 738-MS. The gun is in .38 super caliber and comes with a honed action and match grade barrel. It has a flat top slide with adjustable rear sight. It has a blued finish and checkered wood grips with Colt medallions. The top of the barrel is marked Colt Super 38 M.S. The gun is also supplied with a Colt Factory Letter giving the original shipping information of the gun. The gun overall is in very good condition. The slide does have some fine scratches, mainly on the left side. There is also a fine scratch in the frame below the rear of the slide release. It looks like from the gun being taken apart. The gun has been fired but doesn't look like many times. The barrel shows little ware. Check out the pics. The gun is supplied with a blue Colt plastic case but it is not the original case. This is a great gun for any Colt enthusiasts.
