Barrel is 22 inch air gauged medium weight, Chrome moly National Match, with perforated and short-slotted National Match grade muzzle brake that is solid on its bottom surfaces to reduce muzzle climb and aids sight reacquisition. The perforated brake is the key feature for compliance with the California Department of Justice regulations for civilian marksmen. Sights are National Match front with non-hooded aperture rear. Metal Finish is military style parkerized. Trigger assembly is two stage National match, and the receiver will accept most any of the current scope mounting devices that are on the market, some of which we sell. Weight empty is 9.2 pounds, and this rifle is furnished with one ten round magazine, a military instruction manual, and all its papers, production dated hang tags and chamber protector. Replacement pricing on most any M1A ranges upwards of $2,000 in our area, never easy to come across.
