From the early 1980s, perhaps even late 1970s, comes this excellent quality Parker Cutlery Company lockblade folding skinner of excellent surgical steel Japanese quality. This one has been used, but is no worse for the wear. The skinning blade is already worked down on a low bevel, with some noticeable whetrock scuffing on its blades, yet it retains 95 percent or so of its original blade width. It is at the same time eminently serviceable as it is collectable. Overall length is 3 ½ inches closed, and the skinner blade measures 2 5/8 inches from heel to point. Handles are rock-solid stainless steel, and the locking mechanism is Excellent and functional. Own this very nice 30 some odd year old Japanese Parker for only $ 19.00
