Robbie Barkman the owner of Robar personally built this rifle and guarantees it to shot under one minute ( with proper ammunition ). I am the original owner and besides me and Robbie no one else has ever handled this superb hunting rifle. Shortly after taking possession of it I developed serious health problems and never got around to using it -- not even to test fire. It has spent its entire life in my climate controlled vault and needs an owner who will show it the great outdoors. Robbie believes that the older ( pre-warning ) M77 actions offer the best compromise between accuracy and reliability available in a bolt action rifle. His philosophy is that when stalking a trophy, delivering the right shot is far more important than hoping for a perfect shot. As long as the rifle will shoot at one minute -- the ability of the rifle to consistently perform, under the harshest of conditions, is the true measure of a hunting rifle's quality. Robbie knows from personal experience that, unlike more finicky actions, the M77 can take a serious beating from actual field use and still be counted on to reliably feed, chamber and accurately deliver that all important shot of a lifetime. Robbie spared no expense in building this rifle. The large objective adds adds a critical 15 minutes to both dusk and dawn shooting opportunities. - Trophy-grade M77 accurized receiver w/ face machined true to bore and bedded w/ aluminium pillars. Trigger was extensively modified. - Premium Sako Hunter stock w/ deluxe Pachmayr Decelerator pad, Robar non-slip texturing and Uncle Mike's sling swivel studs. - Match-grade Schneider 26.0" free-floating stainless steel fluted barrel w/ Sporter contour/crown and RH 1:10 twist. - NECG Big-Game barrel bands, sight bases, sight blades and front sight hood. - Robar proprietary NP3 coating on all internal metal parts and bolt ( NP3 is a combination of satin nickle and Teflon with outstanding rust protection and lubricity properties ), black satin Roguard finish on barrel and receiver.
