Serial number 340XXX. Built in 1987 by J Shannon of Washington State. Premium 26" Douglas barrel, Dayton Tracer trigger, unknown brand synthetic stock. LOP 12 1/4" to end of stock, 13 1/8" overall. Weighs 9.75 lbs. Comes with Leupold Vari X-III 6.5x20 scope, duplex reticle. Weaver two piece bases and rings. Overall condition of gun is fair-good. Has seen lots of use, but not abused. Quarter-sized area of blue wear on barrel. Bore is very good. 2 holes have been drilled in the side of receiver for peep sight?? (photo available). Scope shows external wear, but appears to be functioning fine. The 263 Sabre uses a 6.5mm bullet and either a 270 Win or 30-06 Springfield case.
