Smith & Wesson Model 29 44 cal. Magnum Revolver, 6 Inch Barrel, New Condition. I purchased this revolver on July 11, 1986, and I am the only owner, Revolver comes in its original box with original paperwork including cleaning kit, (brush slightly used), less than 100 rounds through it. Very small scratches on butt grip, ever so slight bluing wear at end of barrel. Original Target Sights (front sight orange inset, rear sight white bordered and adjustable), Target Trigger, Target Hammer, everything is original on this revolver, a real collector’s item, that’s why I have hung on to it for so long. It is a beautifully made weapon with deep blue finish, well machined, exceptionally well fitted, handsome walnut checkered grips, with a smooth streamlined look, smooth action, and Smith & Wesson’s most accurate, with a very flat trajectory, and accurate to over 50 yards. It does have punishing recoil, but the impact produced by this bullet is massive. I think that’s why Dirty Harry chose it too.
