The action is nice and tight and locks up nice. The rifle has no pitting and the wood is in very nice condition. The forearm had a palm rest at one time however that has been removed and the hole filled. It has a Lyman tang sight and a lyman target front sight w/ inserts. The rifle is a very good shooter. I also if you are interested I have a set of new 38/55 dies and a new bullet mold. Buyer to pay shipping and insurance. No sales outside the U.S.A.
