The 6.8 spc shoots a 120 grain bullet in excess of 2,600 ft sec. The Black out shoots a 125 at 2,215 ft sec. Giving the 6.8spc 15% more impact over the 300 Black out, and more that 75% more impact than the 223 at the muzzle. As the distance increases, the advantage gets even better for the 6.8spc. Impact is a direct measurement of Momentum, not the fairly tale "foot lbs of Energy" nonsense the industries lies about. Excellent for taking Deer.
