The gun is brand new and has nothing wrong with it, it just can't be sold in the CA, because, it isn't on the CA roster of handguns. The gun features a 5" barrel, beautiful walnut finished grips, gold accents, fixed iron sights, loop for leash on bottom of gun, safety squeeze and regular safety, and comes with 1 magazine.
