The pistol came from the factory with them. I have the original box and the numbers match, pistol, box and on the inside of the grips. The box indicates the pistol has ivory grips. The pistol was bought used as new by me and as far as I know it has not been fired. The ivory is in excellent condition with no cracks or scratches on the grips or gun.
