Serial 44005 (made in 1955) features full coverage triple-signed engraving by Funken, with pheasants on left, ducks on right, quail on bottom and rabbits on the guard. The original stock has a 15.25 LOP over proper butt plate (special order feature). Drops are 1.5 inches and 2.2 inches. Cast off is approximately .5 inch and weight is 8.4 pounds with the longer barrels. Both barrel sets are properly numbered and have 2.75-inch chambers. Set one is 30 inches long and choked M/F. Set two is 26.5 inches long and choked SK/SK. Overall condition is 99%. Metal finishes are all but pristine and wood nearly so, but for several small field and handling impressions in the butt and one small varnish check at the rear of the tang. The original case shows very little wear and still contains the owner's manual in its black envelope, as well as the key. Price firm. Layaway considered. Photo package by request.
