Shipping, Payments & Returns:
We offer USPS Priority shipping. All shipments are insured to protect against damage, theft, or loss. Shipping price indicated is for the lower 48 States. All guns are in stock, ready to ship. Once the firearm is paid for and a signed FFL copy is received from your local transferring dealer, your purchase will be shipped the next business day. Copies can be sent via email in PDF format or through stamped mail. We only accept USPS money orders. We offer a three day return policy. When the firearm is delivered to your FFL, it should be inspected immediately before proceeding with the transfer. Once transferred , the firearm is considered used and can not be returned. All returns and/or refused products are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be pre-approved by Manders Armory before returning shipment. All returns also must be in new condition, unfired and in original packaging. Returned firearms must be shipped from buyer’s originally selected transferring FFL dealer. Restocking fees will not apply if the return is the result of an error by Manders Armory. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the buyers responsibility and will not be refunded.
Additional Information:
We offer a layaway program on all in stock firearms with 25% down with a 60 day term. Once payment is received, products will be held until balance is paid in full or term expires. Layaway payments are non-refundable. Georgia residents are subject to the sales tax rate in the county in which the product is being delivered. Manders Armory will not ship non-AWB compliant firearm models and/or high capacity magazines to California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York & New Jersey. We do not ship to California and New York. We do not export outside of the United States. Please check all applicable laws in your area prior to ordering to avoid any potential legal problems. Your local FFL should be able to assist you with this as he or she should be very familiar with State and local restrictions.
