The Russian Arms Maker has maintained its reputation for quality, good looks, and accuracy ever since the war, and their firearms have always been popular in Europe. So much so that earlier in the present decade Remington began partnering with the proud producers of Spartan firearms under its ISP, International Sporting Products, division.
