These magazines are legal in all 50 states. Beretta factory blurb describes them as Fresh from the Meccanica Del Sarca factory... the sole manufacturer of all Beretta factory magazines in Italy. These magazines have blued steel bodies and are newly manufactured and ready for duty. Tennessee does not have any magazine restrictions yet, and the only legislative rattling on that subject comes from our distinguished politicians from urban Memphis and Nashville, misguided as they are.
