This four volume set of Washington Quarters is one that our late proprietor emeritus put together some time in the 1990s. First Set consists of AU to BU Condition Washington Quarters beginning at 1965, all the way through 1979. Note that there is only one coin, P mint, per year for 1965, 1966, and 1967. Proof issues from 1968-S through 1979-S are included, and all of them rate Proof-67 to Proof-70 by our estimate. Then we are also including in the first set one each Proof from the Years 1985, 1986, and 1987. The first volume of this set, then, contains 42 Coins. The second volume contains a complete set of P & D Mint Washington Quarters, XF to AU Condition, from the Years 1980 through 1997. With a 1979-P thrown in, there are a total of 37 US Washington Quarters in the Second Volume. Third volume duplicatesthe Years up through 1979, 37 Coins, then it adds the complete sets for the Years 1980 – 1983 including the S Mint Proofs for Each of those Years. The Fourth Volume is a P and D Complete Set for the Years 1965 through 1998. It contains one Quarter Each from the Years 1965 through 1970, and then P and D Mints for each year from 1971 through 1998, for a total of 56 Quarters.
