Otherwise factory made in New York. Blade is thin and extremely sharp. Handle is stag. Nickel bolster. My grandfather would reach for this whenever there was trouble in the house and so would my father. My dad said he was not sure but it might have even belonged to His grandfather. Blade about nine and one half inches total length about fifteen. Some scratching on the blade but it isn't too ground after all this time and the bevel cut on top of the blade really shows how long ago it was made.
