Description: This creation of Saint-Gaudens's star student, Adolf Weinman, belongs to the classic period of coin designs at the turn of the 20th Century where Lady Liberty put on her best face, and this is definitely it, the Mercury Dime, begun in 1916 and minted through 1945. These are worthy specimens, and date/mint distribution is almost even between Wartime and Pre-War dimes. With the exception of the twenty-eight 1920s Specimens, most are in Very Fine Condition on average by our estimate. Some of the mint marked 1930s coins trend downward toward very good, but at the same time, a good many of the later ones show mint luster, and by many folks standards would rate at Extremely Fine to Almost Uncirculated. The diagonal bands on the reverse mace are visible on most specimens except as noted above, with only moderate wear to that part of the reverse surface. This assembly consists of 23 different date and mint marked rolls with fewer than 20 coins from 1945, the most common mintage year. Philadelphia mint, of course, did not stamp coins in the 20th Century with the exception of the 35% Silver War Nickels. Quantity is as follows:

1 roll each 1934, 1935, 1935-D, 1937, 1937-D, 1938, 1938-S, 1940, 1940-D, 1940-S, 1941, 1941-D, 1941-S, 1942, 1942-D, 1942-S, 1943, 1943-D, 1943-S, 1944, 1944-D, 1944-S. That makes the first 23 rolls all different dates and mint marks, with no 1945's included. One roll consists of 22 Mercury dimes in Very Fine to Almost Uncirculated, and then 28 each dated from the 1920s, in Very Good to Fine condition by our estimate. Finally, the 25th roll is a mixture of dates and mint marks from 1935 to 1945, all Very Fine on average by our estimate. While there is no way we can photograph every coin, we will include several random closeup shots so that prospective owners of these fine dimes can check our grading. On a $30.00 silver market, melt value alone is $2700.00 by mint specs, .715 Troy Ounces per $1.00 face value. We're offering the entire collection at $ 75.00 per roll, not sold separately. Own the entire collection, over 89 Troy Ounces of Silver Content, at $114.00 per roll, not sold separately. Own the entire 25 roll lot for only $ 2840.00 Prices are based on a silver spot price on the Comex exchange of $30.00 or less per ounce. If the Comex exceeds $30.00, we reserve the right to raise the price. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> $10 flat fee shipping for any size, any combination coin order lower 48, USPS Registered or Priority Mail, insured for full value. $50 to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
